Latin American Cultures:
The words 'Latin America' are employed to explain the group of 21 countries in the American continent where Latin languages are spoken languages. These countries are all situated south of the US-Mexico border, beginning with Mexico in North America, by extending through Central America and parts of the Caribbean and down to the southernmost tip of South America-the region called as Tierra del Fuego.
The richness of Latin American culture is the product of several influences, by including:
A) Pre-Columbian cultures, whose significance is today specifically notable in countries such as Guatemala, Mexico, Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru and Paraguay.
B) European colonial culture, owing to the region's history of colonization by Portugal, Spain and France. European influence is specifically marked in so-called high culture, such as, painting, literature and music. Furthermore, this imperial history left an enduring mark of their effect in their languages, which are spoken all through Central (by including the Caribbean), South & North America (Mexico and several parts of the United States).
C) Nineteenth- and twentieth-century immigration (that means from Italy, Spain, Germany, France and Eastern Europe) also especially transformed countries such like Uruguay Argentina, Brazil (particular the southeast & southern regions), Chile, Cuba, Venezuela and Mexico (specifically the northern region).
D) Korean, Chinese and Japanese immigration influenced the culture in Cuba, Brazil Guatemala, Panama, Mexico and Peru
E) The introduction of slaves through Africa, which has effected for example cuisine, dance and religion, especially in countries like Brazil, Panama, Dominican Republic, Peru, Venezuela, Colombia, Cuba, Haiti, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
