According to this week resource Character strength profile, kindness is one of my top strengths and involves helping and caring for others and fairness involves treating people equally giving everyone a fair chance. This is important to social work because everyone wants and needs to feel supported and respected without judgment. My kindness allows me to build trust and relationships with clients and provide compassion during challenging times. Fairness helps me advocate for individuals while remaining ethical and unbiased in my practice I believe these strengths will help me create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard and valued.
