(2) The cavity is cleaned out, and antibiotic paste and a temporary filling are packed into it. Few days later, the filling is eliminated and the canals are checked for sterility.

(3) Whenever no infection can be noticed, the cavity is filled with a sealing paste and/or tapering solid “point” made of gutta-percha resin mix with zinc and bismuth oxides. The mouth of cavity is then sealed with the cement.
