3. Crithedial form or Epimastigote Form:

It has lengthened body, central nucleus and kinetoplast in front of nucleus. Undulating membrane and free flagellum is existed.

4. Trypanosomal form or Trypomastigote or Opisthomastigote:

This has lengthened body, Central nucleus, and posterior kinetoplast. Undulating membrane is existed all along with free flagellum.

5. Metacyclic Trypanosomes:

It is slender trypomastigotes. On the basis of life cycle family Trypanosomidae is categorized into many genera: significant ones are: Genus Leishmania and Genus Trypanosoma.
