The Assessment centre program usually used as follows:

Firstly: A leadership group is prepared and each member supporting a position that is predefined, but the group have to reach at an agreement.

Secondly: A task force is used with a selected leader, who makes a decision on a course of action.

Thirdly: In-basket exercises and Simulation games are used to check organizational and planning abilities.

Fourthly: Oral report is made by the contender, which assesses his communication ability and his present position.

Fifthly and Lastly: Projective tests and Personal interviews are used to assess job motivation, dependence on other and career orientation. Written tests determine intellectual capability.
