Job Analysis is a procedure, by which pertinent information is received about a job, that is, it is a detailed and methodical study of information relating to operation and responsibilities of a particular job. An authority has stated job analysis as the procedure of determining, by observation and study, and reporting pertinent detail relating to the nature of the particular job.
