Why we respond so differently to the same situations

Problem: In my opinion, Rotter's locus of control best explains the differences between Chris and me. While all four theories offer insight, locus of control helps clarify why we respond so differently to the same situations. Chris's tendency to place responsibility outside herself keeps her stuck in old patterns, while my more internal locus of control allows me to adapt, step back, and make choices that protect my emotional health. This difference shapes not only how we handle conflict, but how we experience relationships and change later in life (Rotter, 1966). Offer response. Need Assignment Help?
