Problem regarding the waking up app

After 7 days, I've really enjoyed using the Waking Up app. I meditate just before bed, as I'm working full time, attending school full time, and have an 11-month-old at home. Because of my schedule, I've been extremely busy and very stressed. Meditation has helped me fall asleep more easily, and the overall quality of my sleep has improved significantly. I've also noticed I have been emotionally happier and more at ease with my thoughts.

By the third day of meditating/ app use, I found I was being ridiculously productive at work-I even caught myself thinking, "Whoa, I'm firing on all cylinders today.". Because of this I've considered trying to meditate in the mornings as well, as I believe morning meditation could have different but equally positive effects on other aspects of my life. However, finding the time would be challenging.

My only complaint about the app is that it sends too many emails, which made it feel somewhat demanding.
