Who identify strongly with the organizational culture

Problem: Please summarize the following text.

Others likely to place a premium on getting the job are those who identify strongly with the organizational culture, the nature of the work, and the status of the position. These are issues of perceived fit the specifics of which will vary across jobs and organizations; they are not, in general, closely tied to particular traits. One exception might be traits relating to self-esteem. McFarland and Ryan (2000) found that faking is greater in those higher on neuroticism, in keeping with high-Ns being especially sensitive to appearances. A related mechanism is that high-Ns may see being hired as self-validating, which is more likely to occur when the high-N applicant identifies closely with the job and/or organization (i.e., being rejected from an admired workplace may be especially painful to a high-N applicant). If so, then faking could be especially tempting to the high-N applicant. Need Assignment Help?
