Problem
Kira is an excellent employee who has had a positive impact in the engineering department of her company for the past three years. As a part of the coding team, she has had the ability to take advantage of everything that the position has to offer, which has allowed her to greatly expand her horizons and develop her skills. Regardless, she is at a crossroads in her career and is unsure of what to do next.
