I was recently at your restaurant for a family birthday celebration. The food was good, but the disappointing service left a bad taste in my mouth. From the moment we arrived we were treated poorly and ignored by the hostess. The server seemed to be more interested in talking with her friends that bring hot food to the table and to top it off no one came to the table to ask how the food was or check in on our experience. I have been to this restaurant over the years and this is a departure from the level of service that I have received in the past. Either there is new management or old management has given up. The prices are the same, but the service is abhorrent. Good food can't hold up to poor service and lazy untrained staff. Something will need to change for us to come back.
