Our textbook discusses a number of different ways that our workforces are changing. One of the most significant changes is that they are becoming more diverse. Consider your own organization (or one that you have worked for in the past). What types of changes have you seen and what would be some of the related HR implications of these changes think about this question from different HR perspectives, such as: recruitment/selection, policies, and compensation/benefits.
