What is the right decision that should be made by evan

Problem

Scenario

Evan is a wonderful and well experienced chef. He has been working very hard in the past months to cook for customers ordering their food online due to Movement Restriction Order (MCO). Evan's and the other staff efforts in the restaurant had brought a 20% increase to the restaurant's profit, compared to last year. However, last week, when one of the restaurant owners dropped by for a surprise visit, he was shocked that Evan was not wearing a face mask which is compulsory requirement by the Malaysian government. He advised Evan to put on a mask but Evan protested furiously. In the end, unfortunately. Evan got fired!
