Treatment for non-critical or emergency health issues

Assignment:

Challengers for managers

As a manager, it is important for you to lead by example as well keeping everyone within the organization informed of any new developments that come about that affect the organization. By doing so, you ensure that if any issues arise, they can be handled before they escalate. Additionally, manager must always be prepared for new changes that can present themselves as challenges such as new healthcare reform and policy. No one likes change, but as a manager, you must find a way to facilitate the change and bring everyone on board (Freel, 2012).

Moreover, managers must also prepare for the future and all of the new technological changes that the future is certain to bring about. Mangers must ensure that personnel understand that technological changes will improve healthcare for patients as well as the way healthcare is delivered. Currently, patients are able to video chat with physicians to diagnose and provide potential treatment for non-critical or emergency health issues which reduces not only the time the patient waits around in the clinic but also, provides the healthcare provider to provide non-urgent care from just about anywhere to patients in remote areas. (Freel, 2012).
