Problem:
The United States Constitution is the foundation of the federal system which was established by our brilliant founding fathers. Within the constitution, levels of government relationships were created to help national, state, and local government have their own respective powers and responsibilities such as laws, regulations, education, marriage, healthcare, and so forth (Fredericksen, Witt, & Nice, 2016). I believe that our real political system actually follows all models of federalism because they play an integral role with each other.
The constitutional principles of "separation of power" and "Federalism" drives relations between levels of government because of the interactions of levels. Separation of power with the whereas Federalism spread the level of power so that the national, state, and including local government can operate independently and come together on certain responsibilities.
