Prepare the Cloud Service Analysis to achieve there own personal business or hypothetical enterprise IT needs.
It is a document that must address the following:
1) Problem Summary; describe the issues to be addressed by the Cloud Service
2) Service Description; describe one or more services to delivered by the cloud solution. use diagrams as needed to define the users to be served and operational components. Adequately define the service capability, scope, and reach.
3) Simple Architecture Diagram; this may be same diagram or additional to diagrams presented in item #2 but should adequately define the cloud ecosystem to be employed and provide addequate annotation to promote understanding. A diagram representing an IT services "Stack" is recommended.
4) Strategic Impact; define the strategic advantages the Cloud Service will provide to the enterprise.
5) Risk Impact; identify and discuss risks associated with implementation of the defined Cloud Service.
6) Financial Impact; estimate quantitatively or qualitively the financial impacts expected from implementation of the defined cloud service.
