MSW intern observing clinician during the Telehealth session. Please briefly write the following. Clinical impressions: appeared well-developed and appropriately groomed; moderate distress; alert; good eye contact overall; normal speech rate; lower volume but not difficult to understand; contracted; no SI; good insight into her presenting problems; and good insight and judgement. Presenting problems are sexual assault between the ages of 5 and 7 years old, 6 months before intake, and perceived or potential sexual assault from a friend at church. Chief complaints: panic attacks, sleep difficulties, depressed mood, and PTSD symptoms.
