Problem: Condense this client is a 34 Caucasian male Client is diagnosed with Moderate Intellectual Disabilities and a Pervasive Developmental Disorder. Client came in today with his case worker from his residential group home to seeking to engage in outpatient therapy at the suggestion of his mother, who believes he needs someone to talk to. The client expressed uncertainty, saying, "I don't know," and indicated struggles with not being able to see his dad due to his mother's restrictions. He denied feelings of depression, anxiety, or anger and mentioned he is not overeating. The case worker mentioned that the client's mother seeks therapy for him because of mood changes and emotional struggles.
