Problem: Respond to this in 160 words Hello everyone. I told myself every week for the last two months that I would be taking a month off from school. "I'm taking a break; I'm taking a break".... I last three days y'all. Three. So here I am and I'm extremely excited. Studies and testing are a hobby of mine in some ways. I'm about two classes away from finishing my Master's. I'm a single mom to a unique 13 year old boy. He has a deleted gene and it causes hemiplegic migraines and epilepsy. Since his diagnosis when he was seven, our lives have been emersed in neurology and genetic therapy. My son is hoping to start dual enrollment when he is in 9th grade and would like to be a geneticist and doctor or surgeon. I learn something new from him daily! Aside from him and school, I'm a veteran, a government civilian employee and I own a daycare! Part B I appreciate that psychological assessments mix together psychometrics that meet human outcomes. What is interesting to me is that assessments can influence everything from organizational structure to medical policies and procedures which could turn into law changes and shift cultural changes. Of that the most concerning is the biased and cultural unfairness that can inhibit assessments to be accurate for all. The eGFR test that measures kidney function is the great example of that. I look forward to diving deeper into validity theory and the future of assessments when AI is used as part of testing or data analysis. Need Assignment Help?
