i. Complete the slide deck in Powerpoint
ii. The deck should contain at least 10 slides
iii. Create title slide that you believe accurately describes your research topic.
iv. Order you slides in a format that makes sense. For example, maybe consider having introductory, body and conclusion slides, similar to how you would format a paper.
v. You are the expert on your topic selection based on the research you have conducted. Include a reference slide at the end.
vi. Provide a slide at the end offering 3 pieces of advice around this topic.
COVID 19, also known as the Corona Virus, has fundamentally altered life in the United States. The ramifications of this illness are many: health, economic, legal, ethical, business, personal, education, etc. you will select a topic related to the Coronavirus, research the topic, and then apply how the researched topic has been handled by your organization. For example if I was completing this assignment I would do the following:
i. Define COVID 19 (using sources to support your definition)
ii. Choose a sector to focus on (mine would be colleges and universities)
iii. Gather sources that relate to the pandemic and how colleges and universities have had to respond
iv. How has my employer responded? (Can we work from home? Are classes moved online? How has my CEO or supervisor led during this time?)
v. Based on what you have learned related to your topic, what three pieces of advice would you give to another person in a similar situation? (For example--as a faculty member working at home, I would recommended having a dedicated workspace in your home, considering temporarily paying for increased internet speed, writing a schedule for the day)
