Consider the generations that are part of your current organization. What generations are reflected in the employee make up? - GenX, Millenials, Baby Boomers. Need help in designing a mindmap visually communicating the following in 4 to 6 pages:
i. How each of these generations perceive work
ii. How your company can benefit from providing collaborative opportunities for these generations as they work together to solve problems within organizations
iii. The potential challenges that managers may likely encounter while working with each of these generations
