Write a 700 to 1050 words proposal on "Break Up Proposal" which includes my recommended actions or strategies to address bureaucracy in a selected organization and improve organizational performance. The following components have to be addressed:

B. Propose possible solutions that clearly involve relevant employees of the organization.
C. Propose possible strategies for implementing the solutions that clearly involve relevant employees of the organization.
D. Propose possible strategies for monitoring the solutions.
E. Elaborate on why you believe your recommended proposal will be successful in improving the organization's performance.
F. Develop a plan to communicate the progress and results of your proposal.
G. Propose the leadership skills required to support the strategic execution of your proposal. I need the correct guideline in order to correctly write the proposal.
