For this mini paper, find a current article (written in the last 3 years) related to customer service, handling and actually resolving the complaint. The article should be long enough for a summary of the article using Word, double spaced. The last paragraph of your summary should be your own personal thoughts about the subject matter in the article. Include the article title and where you found the article.
