Evaluation of a programs completion or continuation


Problem: Compare the needs assessment at the inception of a training program to the evaluation of a program's completion or continuation and adjustments. How should the beginning and the ending be paired for assessment and/or redesign for improvement? Is there an importance to evaluation? Please explain. What conversation should be introduced about the transferability of current skills into an organizations current training needs?  Use self experiences if possible.
