HPI: He said he was referred by his counselor. He moved relocated to the US in 2000 and have lived in different counties. He was well groomed and appropriately dressed. Looked sad, stress and anxious. he said he has discomfort from the flu. He said when he does not have like a car or transportation to come for his appointment, that makes him anxious. He said when he does not have a job, his anxiety increases but he currently holds a job now. He said he worries what his future will be. He said he sleeps well, sometimes he wakes up just to use the bathroom or look at the time for him to go to work because he is scared to be late. Flat effect. He has 4 children with 3 different mothers (one has 3children , and another has I child). He said he only sees his children once in a while. He pays child support. He verbalise dliving alone most of the time, but sometimes with his siblings. He Said his appetitie is normal an he is able to eat. Denies SI and HI.
