The reason you are addressing this is to provide support that you are building your ethical model from methods considered worthwhile in addressing ethical situations.
• To develop your model, you will create a question or questions that will help you incorporate the legal framework in ethical decision-making. Think of the questions as giving action to the legal framework. Therefore, you should carefully construct each question to ensure it reflects the intent of the legal framework utilizing as many questions as necessary to address it fully.
