Create your own survey that could potentially identify reinforcers for employees. When creating your survey, individualize the options to your specific organization/field. ( (Remember the items/activities on the survey should be ones that could reasonably be implemented in your workplace--avoid items that might lead to same outcome depicted on p.173). When creating your survey, examples should only be used as a guide.
