Make a rhyme scheme of the whole poem

Assignment:

Do not go gentle into that good night,

Old age should burn and rave at close of day;

Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,

Because their words had forked no lightning they

Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright

Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,

Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,

And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,

Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight

Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,

Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,

Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.

Do not go gentle into that good night.

Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Copy and paste the poem.  Then, make a rhyme scheme of the whole poem, putting the alphabet letters to the right of the line you are figuring out.

For Tercet 5, count syllables in all of your lines.  Scan them.  In a perfect villanelle, not only is there a strict rhyme scheme, described by both Poetry Foundation and Poets.org, but each line should be written in iambic pentameter, our old friend.  Is that what you come up with?  Remember that each of us can read a line individually, but if you believe that the line "defaults" to iambic pentameter, you should choose that as your scansion product.  Make sure to put your scansion symbols beneath the syllable that you are decoding.  Spread out your syl  la  bulls  as  I  am  doing  here.  It's easier that way to put the symbol right under the correct syllable above.

Please paraphrase Tercet 5.  This poem is highly metaphorical.  Do your best to figure out the meaning of the metaphor in your tercet or quatrain.  Look for assonance, alliteration, consonance, puns (word play).  Remember that assonance, alliteration, and consonance can fall within four touching lines of each other.
