Compensation point:

The concentration of CO2 on which photosynthesis just only compensates the respiration is considered to as carbon dioxide compensation point. At carbon dioxide (CO2) compensation point, the quantity of CO2 uptake for photosynthesis is equivalent to that of CO2 produced. By respiration involving photorespiration, thus the net photosynthesis is 0 within these circumstances.
