Termination of polypeptide chain:
The completion of polypeptide chain is termed as Termination. Through termination, a polypeptide chain is completed and released. The polypeptide chain is finished, while the ribosome arrives at the 3 end of mRNA.
The 3' end consists of stop codons / termination codons. They are:1. UAG or 2. UAA or 3. UGA.
