By grading method, certain categories in advance are well-defined as well as employees are positioned in specific classification which dependent on their traits and characteristics. Such categories may be defined as outstanding, good, average, poor, very poor, or may be in terms of alphabet like A, B, C, D, etc. where A may indicate the best and D indicating the worst.
