Specifics: Write direct, full block claim letter with open punctuation to an individual with a job title at a company. The letter must have three solid paragraphs with proper signage. Include missing information (i.e. names, addresses, job title, dateline, salutation, complimentary close, enclosure). The return address would not be a letterhead since it is a personal letter.
