A. Select a project of your interest and write below project name. This is mandatory to distinguish your course work from others'.
B. Write Business Case for the project. (150 words)
C. Describe some risk associated to your project. (100 words)
D. Write scope statement of your project. (200 words one page only)
Important Note: Consult the samples given on page 4 and 5 to perform the following tasks
Create WBS of your project (minimum 20 tasks, all tasks should be related to your project)
Set the Duration and Predecessors for the activities of your project:
Create Resource sheet of your project and assign resources to the tasks of your project
