Assignment: Flowcharts for Processes
Select a process you perform daily, but would like to spend less time doing, such as driving to work.
Create a 10 to 14 PowerPoint slides with speaker notes. (Note: cover/title page and reference page are not included in the slide count requirement).
• Design a flowchart and provide written analysis by using any either Excel or other flowchart software. This flowchart should be included in the PowerPoint slides and not a separate file submission.
• Comment on the factors that affect the process design.
• Identify at least one metric to measure the process.
• Describe which forecasting methods would be applicable.
• Discuss how one could manage this process by using PERT/CPM techniques.
• Utilize and properly cite at least two academic peer-reviewed references in the paper. Make sure to have in-text citations match the reference list.
Format your assignment according to the give formatting requirements:
• The answer must be using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, typed, with one-inch margins on all sides.
• The response also includes a cover page containing the student's name, the title of the assignment, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
• Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
