Why do you think johnny never attempted to run away

Problem

Johnny and Cleo Semaganis were pretty close in age. Why do you think Johnny never attempted to run away from his foster or adoptive homes and back to Little Pine, but Cleo did? Make sure you back up you answer with reference to at least two of the ten Finding Cleo (2018) episodes and fully explain and defend your response. Your answer will, of course, be purely speculative. I re-posted all ten episodes of Finding Cleo (2018) below for your quick reference.

According to the audio documentary series Finding Cleo, (scroll up to Q13 for quick links to every episode, directly above), where was Cleo's dad when she and her siblings were taken away and put into foster care by the federal government? Just as a hint: The answer is in E06, "Little Pine" and it is not really a direct answer. You are going to have to speculate a little bit based on your knowledge of the entire series.

Do you think it was worse for a girl kid caught up in the Sixties Scoop than a boy kid? I know this is an impossible question to answer, but try using the stories of any one of the girl Semaganis kids' stories (i.e., Cleo, Annette, April, Christine) and any one of the boy kids' stories (Johnny, Mark) to build your answer.
