Take a look at the Notices of Privacy Practices included in the NPP Samples folder and choose at least 3, with a combination of long/short, good/bad for your analysis. Review the HIPAA Privacy PPT, focusing on the slides related to on NPPs (see Excel for specific slide #s to use for analysis), choose 3 policies and fill out the Excel spreadsheet. After you are done with the analysis, write up of text summarizing what you have learned about these policies, accessibility of information, and compliance with legal requirements and submit the Word document + completed excel file using the submission links below. Mention what policies you reviewed, and if you found your own, please attach those as well so I can take a look.
