Problem

You've calculated the expected total volume of liquid that should be added to the plate. One microliter of water = one milligram (eg. 200ul weighs 200mg). You have weighed your 96 well plate and calculate that you have added 4482mg of water. First calculate the difference between what you added and what you should have added, then divide that difference by the amount you should have added. Multiply that by 100 to give the percentage difference. Enter that value, to 2 decimal places, below. Don't use the % symbol or Blackboard will mark it incorrectly.
