What would you say is the outcome of the meeting

Problem:

I recently had my second counseling session with one of my assigned clients as a social work intern. Who is an LSW, the first child divorced? She has two children, 36 and 25. She cares for her father, who has Alzheimer's and Dementia. I recapped our last counselling session by asking her how she has been feeling since our last visit, where she expressed that she just recently got back from New Jersey from a women's conference and that she found it interesting because she had the opportunity of anchoring a presentation and socializing with others. She stated that her father is getting better at toileting, as he now needs less assistance, and this is due to her conscious effort to make him sit on the toilet. I told her its good to celebrate our small wins as that is commendable. Now he is getting used to it. He's still very adamant about going to the older adult still. She also stated that her brother lives in her house, and she still wants him out, though, because he has not been helping financially until recently, when he contributed a ridiculous amount. Her sister has been consistent with helping as well. We discussed self-care routine and how she can manage her time during the time the aides are present in the house. We elaborated on how she can utilize that time wisely to provide self-care by self-reflecting, journaling, and engaging in physical activity by walking for 15 minutes 3times weekly.
