A bartender Employee works at a hotel restaurant/bar and was caught stealing Alcohol using a fancy system of computer inventory fraud. The Employer has been loosing alcohol for 3 months. This is a serious no tolerance offence and the Employer has a strict policy on theft and drug abuse. This is a 10yr good standing Employee who you always thought was computer illiterate.
