Problem: What will a therapy plan that focuses on Cognitive Behavior Therapy to address anxiety correlated with somatic symptoms such as headaches, racing heart, and vomiting recommend? The individual in question is an African-American male in his early 20s attending university. The plan will be based on theory and associated interventions. We aim to create a project with at least one primary and two SMART objectives.
