Problem: For this case assignment, reading about the attributes, careers, and results generated by Indra Nooyi and Marillyn Hewson. Both have been widely successful and widely admired. For the purposes of this case report, examine the power and influence attributes that make them effective leaders, and the power and influence attributes that make them ineffective.
Before you write this case report, you need to read the articles assigned on these two women (Articles 1 and 2).

Then, while reading the articles, consider these three questions:
Q1. Compare and contrast the attributes that Indra Nooyi and Marillyn Hewson have. Which do they have in common? Which are unique?
Q2. What attributes that you have identified have led to either or both women gaining in power? What attributes have lost them power? Why do you think this is? (Apply the course material to back up your argument.)
Q3. What tactics have these two women employed to enhance their power? Did they work? (Again, apply the course material. Did the course material claim that these tactics would work?)
