Assignment

Instructions

Assignment is a 2000 word critical study of a PR campaign that has actually taken place.

The campaign can be by a commercial organization, charity, NGO or government body, but not an individual celebrity.

You will need to explain what you believe or know the campaign was designed to achieve (objectives), what strategy and tactics it used and how effective you think it was. You need to be analytical and critical. Don't believe everything PR people tell you! Where you are unable to obtain hard data or information you are invited to make and express well-reasoned assumptions and opinions.
