The literature review has to cover the concept of Facility Management in India and in UK.
The literature review should start with the 1. definition of Facility Management.
2.Then describe Facility Management in India, whether inhouse or outsourced.
3.IFMA (International Facility Management Association)
4. Size /players of FM in the Indian market.
5. Hard v/s soft FM services.
Hypothesis:-
