You are required to read carefully the (RYANAIR) case study and comprises the following tasks.
1. Analyse the current strategic position of your organisation (requires an analysis of both the external environment and strategic capability of the organisation)
2. From the above analysis, critically appraise the current strategy the organisation is pursuing and identify any changes in strategic direction and development methods you would recommend as a result of such appraisal.
3. Critically analyse the problems encountered in implementing your organisation’s strategy and change, and recommend how these problems might be overcome.
