Overconsumption of Carbohydrates: average intake 363g, recommended 266g, which is 17% of my total kcal intake. Total kcal intake 2080. From dietary guidelines Americans recommendation 2020.  

Q1. What is the problem with overconsuming carbohydrates? Be specific when describing the issue.

Q3. To create changes that last, you should consider the many factors that influence food choices. What factors (besides knowledge about nutrition) impact YOUR food choices?
