What is organizational change

Assignment:

What is Organizational Change?

Volume, momentum and complexity play an important part in change. Volumes relates to the number of changes that have faced by organizations. Higher volume indicates the organization is facing several changes and able to implement a change. In additional, organization measures the momentum of change through examining person's perception and contribution to implement a change. Momentum of change increased means the length of time between requests a change have decreased (Jovic, 2013). On the other hand, complexity of change indicates the organization has not able to successfully implement a change.
