In this paper, the performance management plan is discussed that is quite important to determine about the development, assessment and management of the performance of the employees in an effective way. The development of skills and techniques also find out to evaluate the key results and to develop the key performance indicators and standards. This paper also discusses about the performance management system of "JALA Cleaning Services" which is based in Australia. This system is evaluated in a timely and regular basis coaching and feedback session to its staff members for increasing their performance, skills and knowledge.
