In this paper we have discussed about the term franchising and the key point need for the franchising. The term franchising is known as the performing work for another firm's successful business model (Lagarias & Boulter, 2010). On the other hand, the franchising change to building chain stores to distribute the goods and services and it refused the investment and liability of the chain. The franchising included the legal documentation process for taking the ownership under the large organization. In this chapter also discuss about the major key point of the legal documentation, which needed in the process of franchising. The term franchisee is defined in the sense of taking large incentive in compression of direct employee of the firm because it held the direct stake in the business.
