What observations did you experience as it applies to the process of the group? How will these observations enhance your future role as a counselor?
We worked well transitioning to our respective addictions focus (meaning I was alcohol and drugs, Maya was gambling, Evelyn was social media etc.) and everyone was able to participate and share in turn. Observing how seamlessly our group transitions now after some technical difficulties in previous sessions adding to the natural flow being disturbed has shown that we have indeed grown closer despite this and shown our resilience to make sure we did to have that issue again.
