Byron's book , The Power of Principles, presents examples of executives and leaders reflecting on what kind of person they wanted to be. An attentive consideration of the work should, at many points of the test, provoke the same question in the reader. What did the book get you to reflect on, particularly in regards to your own character? What have you learned about managing responsibly in the course? How will you think, speak and act differently because of this?
